What we collect

When you create an account we collect basic information such as your name, work email, and company. When you use the product we store the project, engagement, and certification information you choose to share with us so that we can show you eligible incentive programs.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve the Incentrix product, to support you when you contact us, and to communicate about product updates relevant to your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with cloud vendors or third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@incentrix.io.

As Incentrix grows we'll update this policy and post the revised version here. Material changes will be communicated by email.
