The third-party service providers Incentrix Operations Pty Ltd engages to process Customer Data on our behalf, as authorised under section 15.8 of our Platform Terms of Use and our Data Processing Addendum.

Document analysis runs on Azure OpenAI, hosted entirely within Microsoft Azure. Prompts and content are not used to train any model, and are held transiently for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only. No Customer Data is sent to any AI provider outside Azure.
Before a new sub-processor begins processing Customer Data, we will update this page and give notice to customers who have executed our Data Processing Addendum at least 30 days in advance, as set out in that addendum.
