By creating an account or accessing the Incentrix product you agree to these terms. If you're using Incentrix on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Don't use Incentrix to do anything illegal, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us the limited right to process that data to provide the product to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Incentrix helps you identify and pursue vendor incentive programs, but eligibility and payment decisions are made by the relevant cloud vendor or distributor. We can't guarantee any specific financial outcome.
Incentrix is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed as we iterate. We'll do our best to communicate material changes in advance.
You can stop using Incentrix at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we'll work with you to export or delete your data.
We may update these terms over time. We'll post the updated version here and notify customers of material changes.
